Dr Garcia is a well qualified, and kind dermatologist, I took my daughter for a strange mole and waited about 15 mins in the patient lobby before going back to exam room. There I waited 40 mins for Dr. Garcia. She was straight forward and explain herself as to why a biopsy would be needed but left the decision be up to the patient and parent. However, the staff and/or protocol for returning patient calls needs to change. The nurse called and did not say her name but the practice name and left a message to call the office. I work in the medical field and was with a patient when I missed the call but called back within 2 mins only to be told office is close and to call the next morning at 8 as that is the time they open. This office turns over the phone to service at 4pm although they are still in the office, I gather trying to catch up on work. Next morning I called and got the nurse voicemail so I left a message and then decide to speak to the front receptionist who rudely said nurse… are not in until 8:30 and they will not be calling anyone as they have patients in the office. The receptionist said the nurse do call backs around 1230 to 1pm and then again at 4pm. I ask about getting a copy of the biopsy and she said I had to wait on the nurse to give me the results first before results could be release. I said ok can you let the nurse know I called and would like a copy, and the replyI have to say was shocking on how unprofessional the staff behaved, the receptionist said, "you can tell her yourself when she calls you". I hung up and call back and press the nurse option on voicemail and left a third message. 12:30 came around and no call from nurse. At 3:50 I called again and no one answer their phone, not the receptionist nor the nurse and therefore I left a fourth message. This is unacceptable! I have been waiting for my child biopsy results for 2 wks and no one bothers to call back. I would never recommend this office to anyone as they don't know how to treat their patients right. I also think Dr. Garcia should do something about behavior since it would be effecting her patient volume when they don't return.

I have seen Dr. Garcia quite a few times. After reading some poor reviews, I can not see how people can think she is not a kind doctor. She is very caring and really considers what you need as a patient. She is not pushy and will actually take the time for her patients. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Worst experience ever with a "health professional" (Dr. Garcia) and the entire clinic. First: It's no way that you can call that Doctor Garcia, a Health professional, so "arrogant", she looks down at you like she owns the entire world. Hey lady, don't sub-estimates others, you never know who they are, nobody in this world deserves to be treated the way to treat my daughter. Karma is waiting for you. Good luck. Secondly: Called a total of five times, spoke with personnel, left 3 voice messages, no one never return my calls. So frustrating. Do not recommend this office. La peor experiencia de mi vida con esta "llamada Dr. Garcia". Muy arrogante y mira por encima del hombro a los demas, se pienza es la dueña absoluta del universo, como se diria, la ultima coca cola del desierto. Cuidado señora Garcia, no juzgueiz por las apariencias, lo dejo todo al Karma, vas a necesitarlo y te acordaras de cuantos despresiaste. El personal de esta oficina nunca devolvio mis cinco llamadas y… mensages. Muy frustante tener que lidear con este tipo de oficinas. No lo recomiendo!!

Dr. Garcia-Cardona was professional, thorough, meticulous, kind, and very caring. I appreciated the time she spent with me. I highly recommend this office.
