Dr. Maria G Kraszynska, MD

Huge disappointment! My PCP referred me to Dr Kraszynska to address hormone inbalances. I had no problem scheduling an immediate appointment with her. I went to that one appointment, filled out her questionnaire (which she did not read), showed her my thyroid hormone test results from last year (all normal ranges) and asked if I should update those tests given my symptoms and/or have other tests. She had no interest in seeing or keeping last year's results for her future reference, just told me to start with new thyroid tests. I had the blood draw a few days later and asked the lab to send her the results. I also emailed the results to her myself so she could see the comparison with the prior results and asked very specific questions about how to proceed and about an additional test I ordered because the results of that one are significantly below the low end of the normal range. What did I get in return? NOTHING; no response whatsoever. I don't mind paying out-of-pocket… fees to a doctor who doesn't take insurance but I sure as h--- expect to get something for it. Complete waste of time and money.

I ended up getting breast cancer after being prescribed combination HRT from Dr. K. They have proven the link. She denied any connection between CHT and breast cancer risk from the start. She said it was absolutely not the same risk as synthetic hormones. She was/is wrong. Shame on her!

Taking hormones can present a significant health risk, and can lead to breast cancer or other complications. Please do your research and proceed with caution.

Dr. K is a great doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring and goes out of her way to help me with my health goals. She listens to any concerns I may have and helps support any health goals I'm working toward. She always has very helpful/practical information to share. She helps encourage me to be as healthy and happy as I can be. She not only checks my blood & other test results and a good variety of biometric information over time (which is great on its own, by the way), she always adds her knowledge on the latest medical/health information and offers very practical advice on making small changes here & there that really help to improve the situation and/or overall health. I feel like she is always on my side to help me be my best with a huge focus on preventive medicine, moving closer to optimal health, and coming to peace/ satisfaction/happiness that comes from knowing we're doing all we can to be as healthy as we can be. I've now been working with Dr. K for over 5 years.… She is a great health partner! I'm looking forward to continuing my personal health journey with her.

What a wonder this lovely doctor is! Dr. Kraszynska has been helping me for at least 3 years now. I know longer have hot flashes (yay!) and I use compounded dugs. This means there aren't the chemical affects like regular estrogen and progesteron. Mark Drugs on Milwaukee Ave. takes care of my prescriptions. So happy to have found out about Dr. Kraszynska. I had a very bad experience with ‘doctor’ Kraszynska. My blood results were reviewed by the other doctor and he was really surprised with the dosage and frequency of all medications that doctor K have prescribed me. After two consultations with her, and taking the wrong dosages and frequency of five medications prescribed by her for over 6 months, I’m experiencing significant health problems: hair loss of 40%, weight gain of 18lb and hair grows on anterior site of my arms. NEVER RECOMMEND this ‘doctor’ to anyone!

Very pleasant experience with Dr. K she does not disregard your concerns and takes the time to listen your whole story. A trait that is quite rare among drs nowadays. She did not force her medical opinions on me and instead gave me the final choice of how I wanted to proceed with my treatment. she has a caring demeanor and I saw true compassion in her eyes. Needless to say I didn't see any other doctors after that, I was lucky as she's a perfect fit.

Walgreens has called her to renew prescription, and its been over 2 business daysâ?¦.

Excellent physician, respects and cares for patients. It's not easy to earn my trust and she certainly earned it.

Dr. Krazsynska is Hashem's answer to my prayers. I was going from doctor to doctor, so many unnecessary tests. Nobody would see me as a whole person. I was treated for symptoms that were only getting worse. Dr. Kraszynska, I truly appreciate that you looked at me as a whole person and put every thing together. You were the only one who asked the questions why and were searching for the true answers.
