Dr. Polizzi is patient with discussing your health challenges with you and she listens to the concerns you uncover to her. She has made great recommendations in areas of diet and followup analyses. I recommend Dr. Polizzi to anyone looking for a competent, caring and knowledgeable physician.

Nurse Patty was very rude and unprofessional over the phone when I asked for a prescription refill. I have never experienced such behavior from a nurse who didn’t calculate properly and questioned me on me needing a refill. I would advise the practice not take refills over the phone if certain individuals like Patty will interrogate patients. Very disappointed

Lazy doctor is all I can say about Dr. Maria Polizzi! Dr. Polizzi did not seem to know my mom's conditions and she had been going to her for 15+ years! She doesn't seem to use modern technology as she opted not to use the computer and computer stand. Instead, she used it as a desk to open a huge bulky manila folder of my mom's health records! She then proceeded to ask my mom when her last labs were done, last specialist visit, what the lab results were: REALLY!!?? Aren't you the medical professional??? On top of that she almost didn't perform a routine physical if we had not mentioned it to her. She flipped through a bunch of papers and was ready to go! LAZY! Needless to say we have found a new PCP for mom! I wish I could give -5 stars as 1 star is too nice.

She's an awful doctor and doesn't listen to what you have to say. Doesn't do her job, if you have an issues, she will send you out of their to another doctor.

I didn't care much for this doctors coldness and her knowledge medically leaves a lot to be desired
