Dr. Maria Theresa Theresa Villa

My mother was a new patient, and they told her to come in between 8-10 am to do blood work for her future visit. She arrived 10 mins to 10 and the door was locked. She waited 3 hours in line to cross the border to go to this office. She’s 67 years old and was frustrated and she had to use the bathroom. She was very upset. She spoke to one of the people in the office and they made her sit on a cold metal bench because of Covid. All the while, the office let 10 people of color in the office. Covid issue my rear. While she was on the phone to me, security showed up. They actually called security on her because she was upset and confused (suffers from fibro fog), and they told her the office won’t see her because of her attitude. Is this how they treat Medicare patients, older generations, or is it because she’s not Philippino or Hispanic? Avoid this office at all costs!!!
