Dr. Mariano Amador-Saavedra, MD

Dr. Amador has misdiagnosed my child on my the one occasion and I have decided to discontinue using him as my pediatrician. Regardless of the diagnosis, he never suggests or a follow-up visit to see if the problem has been corrected. He only seems to feel a condition is dangerous if the child has a fever. Other wise, he has diagnosed my child with just allergies despite having a bad cough.

He was very rude didn't even introduced himself my baby is a premature and he didn't even take but 4 min with him and then left. I change his doctor the same day. No good especially no good for kids !!

Dr. Mariano is good BUT the employees need to go ! Unfriendly receptionist,a little rude I should say for a pediatric office. One of the nurse had blue nail polish while giving my baby girl her immunization boost ( again- not appropriate for the job). The office did not have a warm enviroment and I decided to go else where.Unfortunately it is the best decision ever !

He is the worse doctor ever, very selfish and rude. Does not care about children. My experience was horrible because he said one thing and the physician assistant other, so really who is right? Do not take your child to this so-called CARING PEDIATRICIAN because he aint one!!!!

Dr. Amador is a non caring, rude doctor. He cares less about your child. I would strongly suggest NOT to go to him please.

He is an excellent pediatrician! very professional and he always has time for the kids, also on saturdays and sundays. And he is always available by phone (24 hrs)... I really recommend him.

He is the most professional doctor. He has such an amzing love for children and really cares about making sure he provides the best care possible! I have three children and searched for years after having my first child for the BEST pediatrician there is. Finally, I found Dr. Amador and I am so blessed. I drive 55 minutes to see him. He is well worth it and my children love him dearly!

I've had multiple problems with the office staff. The receptionist refused to call me by my name stating that it was easier for her just to call me mom. She also gave medical advice over the phone though she has no medical training and when I demanded to speak with the doctor she said she would leave a message and I never received a call back. The worst part was that I was very concerned about an issue with my child and even though I brought it up at numerous visits I was never taken seriously until Dr. Amador finally saw my child and then it was an emergency situation.Overall, Dr. Amador might be a great physician, but since I almost never saw him and dealt with his staff I'll never know this. I would not recommend taking your child to him.

Hi, The doctor let the Nurse Practitioner to see the patient and he did not even show the courtesy to talk to us after making us to wait for long 1 hour 30 minutes.I would not recommend him for the parents who care for their babies.
