Great doctor. She cared for my kids until they left for college. I would not want another doctor.

It was my third time going there. This time around going there was for my 14 month old daughter 's boil. Dr. Diaz said to me that this was a normal thing to happen for children .She did not seem friendly at all.She called her nurse to come in to assist with my daughter's boil. Right after the procedure she left the room and stood on the hallway while her nurse spraying down the table before even finishing up dressing my poor baby who was crying for the painful procedure. While i was in the room ,the door was still opened and i could hear loudly Dr.Diaz and the nurse who was assisting her with the procedure telling their fellow employers about how they have never seen such a gross boil before and it almost splashed into their skin and hair.Also she said if it had landed(pus from the boil) on her hair ,she was going to cut hair and donate to the charity.They were all laughing and did not care whether i was standing there or not. All i could do was getting out the room and told them thank… you.I called back to speak to human resource they said they don't have one and tranferred me to the manager who said she was going to adress the issue. I know they breached the HIPAA privacy and i told them it is not stopping there.Now i see the comments people put ,i feel terrible because how many things she is going to do before one takes it serious. I am do dissappointed with the service that is so unproffessional beyond my imagination. Do not recommend her.

I brought my 16 month old daughter to Dr. Diaz a few weeks ago because of a persistent cough and congestion and Well for starters I arrived at the doctors office and she was on an entirely different floor. So I had to go back downstairs and out through the courtyard to get to her new office. It wouldâ??ve been nice if she informed her patients about the change. When I finally arrived to the right suite The check in nurse was nice and pleasant and so was the medical assistant who saw her before the doctor . Dr Diaz finally saw my daughter and she seemed very pompous, arrogant and rude . I told her my daughters symptoms; her coughing and congested chest and stuffiness. And she spends a grand total of 5 minutes with her to tell me that there is a summer cold going around and that it would go away over time. She then placed the bill on the table for my co-pay and walked out of the room. Wow!! Really Dr. Diaz?! She didnâ??t seem concerned about the health of my daughters well being… and kind of seemed like she would be rather doing something else besides diagnosing my daughters health responsibly. She didnâ??t prescribe anything, didnâ??t ask any questions, seemed like I was wasting her time and acted very nonchalant. So needless to say I went to another doctor and he found that my daughter had mild bronchitis. And he prescribed me the proper medicine and her cough went away after 4days. My new doctor asks questions, seems genuinely concerned about the well being of my daughter. His bedside manner was great and the nursing staff and the facility was sensational. I was shocked to see a pediatrician act the way Dr. Diaz does. I would not recommend this doctor to diagnose a common cold let alone diagnose my daughters symptoms. If you care about the well being of your loved ones and proper diagnoses of symptoms please stay clear of this Dr and do yourself a service and research and find another doctor that actually cares about what they are doing.

Recently we brought our son to see Dr. Diaz for some emergency, because our regular pediatrician was not available that day. Everything seemed fine until she started to treat our son's wound. Even we could see that the treatment was not right, but she and her nurse insisted that it was perfect. Not surprising (but very sadly for us), the next day my son's would got much worse, and we had to bring him to see Dr. Diaz again. This time her attitude was completely different, arrogant and condescending. She even dared to lie to our face that my son's wound had always been like that, and did not bother to hide from us when she said bad words about us to her nurse. We feel so sorry for our son that we accepted the appointment with Dr. Diaz which has brought him much unnecessary sufferings, and feel so angry about the treatment that we've received. This is the worse pediatrician, or any professional person, that we've ever met, and we would not pick her even if she were the only pediatrician… left on the Earth. We only wonder why a pediatrician like her can still manage to remain in business.
