I've been seeing Dr. Greenspan for over a year now and I'm overjoyed to have found her. She listens to me and addresses my needs promptly and with sincere care. I feel lucky to have found her.

Initially everything seemed fine, my first appointment gave me insight and she even helped put me on the appropriate medication. I had some concerns over side effects I was experiencing and thus a follow up appointment was the logical next piece. When the day of the appointment came up, the situation escalated to the degree where I needed to go to the urgent care, per recommendation of my doctor. While in urgent care I called and left her a message explaining the situation. Within the next 4 hours, she deleted my online account, and I never heard from her again, despite me leaving many voicemails asking for her to call back about my symptoms. Worst healthcare provider I have ever met, what a distorted view of care.
