Dr. Livigni is probably the most compassionate and thorough doctor I have ever been to. I'm not thrilled about going to doctors but she totally put me at ease and explained all facets of the visit as well as addressing my concerns.

You can not find a better internist in Myrtle Beach. She is very intelligent, kind and compassionate. She is awesome with all her patience.

I would recommend Dr. Livigni to anyone! She is a wonderful doctor who really listens to me and has gone out of her way to make sure my overall health is good. There needs to be more doctors like her!

She is the most caring and compassionate physician one could find. If only all doctors were this good. She will spend as much time with you as you need and you will always get a call regarding test results. You may wait a bit, but that is because she is spending the necessary time with the patient she is with.
