Dr. President took the initiative to orchestrate a discussion with all of my specialists to address an on-going medical issue after I had exhausted diagnostic visits with the individual doctors without resolution over a period of years. She recognized what others had failed to consider and quickly suggested a course of action. While it Is too early to determine If the path forward will be effectual, Dr. President's Intervention and diagnostic acumen affirmed for me the imperative that patients have access to a strong advocate and a team approach [...]. Such an approach should be the standard of care and not a product of happenstance. For the purposes of this survey, the telemedicine appointment gave me quicker access to a consultation than an office visit would have.
