Dr. Marie Francoise Couldwell, MD

I love Dr. Couldwell, she was my son's pediatric endocrinologist when he was diagnosed and now we get to return to her. She remembers him and hugs him when we visit. She is always thorough and walks us through his numbers and makes sure we understand everything. The only complaint I have is with the difficulty communicating with her through the clinic when I have issues. Couldn't get through to anyone when an issue came up with insurance coverage of the CGM my son was using. Left several messages and an email and no one ever got back to me.

I have an extremely complicated medical history, and come to new doctor appointments with a pile of records. Most practitioners give me the feeling like they have one foot out the door, and are thinking about their next patient. Dr Couldwell gave us her full attention, and poured over my history, asking many questions. She came up with a plan, and can see many areas where she can help me! I had such a sense of relief after the appointment, I felt Hope for the first time in a long while!

My personal experience with Dr. Couldwell was amazing! She was able to educate me on my new diagnosis and provided much needed support. I felt that she really cared for me and that she had genuine interest in my care. I really appreciated the time that was spent with me to help educate me and options for treatment. She is a great example of complete Physician- one who is a specialist, educator, and empathetic listener. Thanks Dr. Couldwell!!

Dr. Couldwell is definitely the best of the best. I was nervous about some medical concerns I am having. And she made feel very at ease. And was very genuine, compassionate, and personal with me. Dr Couldwell is THE most thorough doctor I have been to. She takes the time to get to know you and your concerns. As a newly diagnosed Type 1 as an adult, she gives accurate and complete information, going out of her way to make sure to educate her patients. She treats the patient, not the disease, which is refreshing in this day and age. I refer everyone I meet who is a Type 1 or Type 2 to her without hesitation

Dr. Couldwell was so thorough and patient, she listened to all concerns and walked me though the process of getting to the solution of my problems. I truly appreciate her caring and not rushing though my appointment .

Our visit went very well. I appreciated the short wait time and the depth that the doctor went into with getting adjustments made on my sons pdm. She always remembers us and I feel like we're not just a file or case #, but an actual human being. Thank you.

Dr Couldwell explained what was happening with me in clear detail, and told me a few things to do that would help my situation without the knee-jerk prescribe-something that I get from most Dr’s. Wonderful!

While I was at Dr. Couldwell’s office with my son, she recognized a symptom I was having and immediately scheduled an appointment after my son’s appointment (after hours). She spent at least 2 hours with both myself and my son. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is an excellent physician with some of the best patient skills I’ve seen.

Dr. Couldwell was able to help me with my thyroid issues and order tests to explore other reasons for my symptoms. I felt she was very knowledgeable and her experience helps answer a lot of questions you may have.

I appreciate the timeliness of the appointment and the time she spent with me. She was thorough in her assessment and covered all areas of risk. She was very personable and treated me the way I would appreciate being treated. I left knowing I am getting my needs medically treated in the best way .
