I will say she was some what helpful for me at times but overtime my mental health rapidly declined and when I was most vulnerable she showed her true colors. She didn’t even know what medication I was on. Not to mention her staff is incompetent. I’ve been at the sign in slot and looked down and saw another patients file wide open. It’s common knowledge the majority of her patients see her or rather talk to her on the phone if that. It’s like pulling teeth to get this joke of a dr to even call. Everytime I talked to her I had to remind this lady who I even was. After 3 years I was fed up and after waiting FIVE hours at her office she finally called after I made a scene and argued w me on the phone. I literally left her office that night and attempted suicide with the narcotics she prescribed me. If you really want help she’s the wrong one! She’s so close to getting her license pulled and that isn’t speculation seeing the sources meaning multiple were very credible. It’s all about the… money for this clown dr. Thankfully I ended up in a fantastic psych ward and got the help and after care I needed.

Dr. Lachman is beyond just being good at what she does. You can tell she really cares and she will tell you that she cares a lot!

Dr Lachman is a true blessing. Her ONLY downfall is her "office staff" they are more concerned with what they have going on then ANY patient needs. The phones are answered by an answering machine ONLY and calls are never returned no matter how many messages nor the level of severity! The ONLY way to get an appointment is to drive all the way to her office then just pray and be prepared to wait for the "staff" to take themselves away from their food, computer game, personal conversation or for them to just get plan tired of you 'bothering' them. You MIGHT be lucky enough to have an appointment made, you may be told you can sit and wait for an opening caused by a no show but most likely you will be told to come back the next morning at opening time and wait, possibly sitting for HOURS if not all day just to be seen. Dr Lachman is an amazing psychologist, very sweet and caring person whose practice would GREATLY benefit by firing family and hiring REAL staff willing to do their job!

I NEED to know her business hours before I go crazy, quit my job and commit suicide!!!

I loved her when I was a patient of hers but I’ve tried to get my medical records for over a year now can you get no one to answer the phone I have signed release papers and still can’t get my medical records sounds to me like this office needs an investigation

You know that something is wrong when the doctor score is 5 star but since ALL calls, no matter the time of day, go directly to a voicemail that seems to never have any of the messages returned rather than the phone calls going to actual pwrson, that lowers the score to next to null!!!!
