I was a nervous wreck on my first visit. By the end of my diagnosis and treatment , which was months later, the fear I initially felt was gone. Dr Short showed me so much kindness and patient , I wish I could go to her for all my ailments. I am in awe of her knowledge and skills. She was truly a blessing!

In my five years of annual visits, I have found the staff to be rude and unhelpful, I have received wrong test results, Dr. Short does not follow up as she says she will, answers questions very quickly, hardly spends any time in the room, makes me bleed alot during pap smears, and recently I was billed for an unroutine service during my annual exam. Time to find another doctor, I don't recommend Dr. Short at all unfortunately.

Dr. Short never followed up with me regarding my abnormal pap results. When I called the office I was told everything was ok, but then upon receiving my medical records (as I was leaving her practice for another physician, I found out that I had an irregular pap smear that should have been discussed with me. I would never recommend Dr. Short or her practice to anyone else. Her office staff is rude as well.

Staff was professional, waiting was not too long... but I was VERY disappointed with how Dr. Short treated me. I went for an annual exam and she did not tell me what she was doing or what she saw. When she came back into the office after I was dressed she did not even sit down. She told me a few things she ordered tests for without much explanation and handed me a prescription without even telling me what it was for. I felt like I was bothering her when I asked her to explain what it was for (I was not there for any problem, just an annual). I was shocked. It wasn't anything serious at all, but I just could not believe that she could not take the time to sit down for three minutes to explain ESPECIALLY because I was a new patient and had never seen her before. I don't plan on seeing her again.
