She figure out something many others missed. I trust her with my health.

My elderly mother sees her. I attend every visit. I think she is very thorough and competent. Her English is challenged by a very heavy accent making it hard for my mom to understand what she says. The thing I hate about this clinic is that you can't get in and out of her in less than 2 hours. They make you see a pharmacist for every appointment for a full medical review, then wait and see the doctor. I am sure it's for thoroughness but it's a ridiculous amount of time.

My first visit. She was running late but said "I'm only a half hour late" which made me feel like that was nothing compared to what it might typically be. She spent more time at the computer screen than looking at me. I didn't feel any warmth from her; I don't remember her really even asking how I was - she spent most of her time digging for information on the computer which she couldn't find very well; the computer froze, and then she took a phone call. She's a lovely woman, but I didn't LOVE her like I'd hoped.
