Dr. Mario Jay Fatigati

I was a patient at his practice for about 5 years and finally left. The office staff was so rude and incompetent I couldn't stand it anymore. My husband stuck with the practice even though I begged him to switch. He was 64 and was medium weight but he had a heart condition and diabetes. The doctor sent him to the heart Dr. once in 10 yrs. Every time he went for a check up they told him to keep doing what he was doing. He developed pneumonia in one lung and when he was about to be discharged they found a serious blockage in his heart and put a stent in. He had been taking 2 pills per day for his diabetes but they said his diabetes was very high. They sent him home the day after the stent was put in and gave him 5 new pills for the diabetes with an injection of Novalog at night. Two days later he was dead. My daughter and I were devastated. We called the office 5 times that day but NO ONE ever called us back and Dr Fatigati called in a cause of death as heart failure. I think… this practice in slipshod and totally without compassion I would not ever let my Mother or any other senior or person go to this practice.

great Dr.and very friendly . The only thing I don't understand that no one ever answers the phone you have to leave a message no matter what you are calling for!!!

mostly ok, quite professional the only thing that bothered me was when they quit the drugs and i wanted to go home and be alone with my pancreatitus (and this is a direct quote)"i find your behavior suspicious" lolz Rlly? that i want to go home? or the fact that i went home because you stopped the pain meds?because if i'm going to be in pain i'd rather be in my house with my family rather than in a hospital where you suspect my motives? thanks but no thanks.
