Dr. Mario Quintus Ricci JR., MD

Horrible doctor. I went to see him for answers from my hospital stay. He walked in the room and said my reports and looked at me and said I can't help you. When I told him that I haven't eaten in 4 days, again he said I can't help you. Go see your pcp. Rude, condescending, and absolutely the worst doctor i ever met!! I worked in doctors for many years and he tops all of them. Never have I ever seen such a egotistical, arrogant, unprofessional doctor. EVER! I don't even know if there is a patient portal. I saw him for less than 2 minutes and he should not get paid for this.

He did his diagnosis & indicated that he could not ??nd anything wrong. I with rebuttal, Not being Rude nor Condescending, I indicated that I know my body & something Is wrong. From that point in this One sided conversation, as I did not say another word, HE looked directly at me with piercing eyes & in an extremely condescending said, Quote "Do I need an interpreter". I raised my hands straight up in the air and at that point, in a calm manor, I said, " Ok I guess we're done. As I stood up to got my coat, grabbed the door knob & opened the door He again said, for a second time, a similar phrase & with Piercing Angry Eyes, Quote "Maybe we should have an interpreter to communicate between us"... The door was open I'm sure the others in the hallway heard his rant. At my age of 60+ years No Doctor in ALL the years I have been Seen or Treated by Any Doctor for Any Reason Has ever ever Raised his voice loudly & spoke to me that way. Very disappointed not in his diagnosis but much more so… in his Frustration, Anger and at that point Arrogance which was very upsetting to me. I do want to say that I wanted to respond to his rant BUT I did not.

Absolutely horrible, right from the start. Condescending, rude to the point of almost abusive. Would not let me finish a sentence. Was not interested in listening to or helping me. I had to cut the consultation appointment short and ask for a refund, as I was getting so upset. Left the office almost in tears. Stay far away. You have been warned.

Had Dr. Ricci for colonoscopies. All 5 star! He is very professional. I highly recommend him.

Several years ago I went to Dr. Ricci because of issues with food being stuck in my esophagus. He scheduled me for a colonoscopy, a procedure I was due to have but did not engage me with a discussion of the real reason of why I was there. Neither did he bring it up at succeeding appointments. He did not work with me to solve the problem. Definitely not a listener. I moved onto another physician.

I have been seeing Dr. Ricci twice now and about to schedule another colonoscopy. Dr. Ricci will explain everything and he's very proffesional. I don't have anyone else to compare to, but when you have good experience twice, you can make a good judgement!

Dr. Ricci is warm, kind and friendly and very good at what he does. He will go over your results personally after you wake up from your procedure. I go for a colonoscopy every five years and been to him twice now. This year will be my third visit with Dr. Ricci. My experience with his staff has been very positive too. You won't be disappointed.

I have had 5 endoscopy's with Dr. Ricci and have felt very comfortable with him and his entire staff. Everyone at the day surgery (ground floor) @ MMH were very professional. kind and compassionate. Would highly recommend to family & friends. Happy New Year to all the staff that work so hard to make their patients feel at ease. God bless each & everyone of them

My father recently required a surgery for which Dr. Ricci handled. We had some concerns given my Dad's age. Dr. Ricci called us the day of the surgery to explain the procedure and put our minds at ease. We met him later in the day, he was very professional and made us feel confident that he was the right man for the job. Everything worked out just fine. We were very pleased.
