Dr. McKoy has the best interest of her patients in mind. She makes sure the patients needs are understood and does not rush through the appointment. Her caring bedside manner makes her easy to talk to about anything.

I love going to see my doctor. She doesn’t rush when she’s in the room with you. Very nice and pleasant and keeps it real with you about her health. Overall she’s the best.

Just had an appointment this Saturday, my appointment was scheduled for 1045, I arrived at 1015, I was met by the friendly Ms. Carllelis. I didn't get called until 1143. I was getting frustrated and upset at the delay because I have other engagements to go to, and I took my impatience & fristration on the nice receptionist Carllelis. My deepest apologies to her, it wasn't her fault at all, it happens. Bianca is also an amazing and amiable person, she was very thorough. Of course Dr. Bobb-Mckoy is a highly knowledgeable and caring physician. I was sent for blood work down to the basement where they have a satellite branch of Quest Diagnostics lab, there I met Sofia, she was cordial, friendly and skilled. She was able to draw my blood in one try. Dr. Bobb-Mckoy's practice is top notch!
