Had to pay out of pocket because insurance was a “waste of her staffs time to file with.” After the first surgical procedure there was a complication that sent me into emergency care. It took over two weeks of calling every day to receive a medical answer about the emergency from a nurse who claimed to have called me every day (they did not). Her staff does not seem to understand exactly what Marion does procedure-wise and she does not communicate at all. Kind of floored by how frustrating asking an emergency medical question became. I canceled the second procedure and her staff explained they have no idea how to deal with billing so now I have to communicate with billing as well to get my money back. I would recommend using someone else, the lack of care and communication is not worth your money.

Paid out of pocket because filing with insurance was “a waste of nurses resources” then the nursing staff proceeded to take over two weeks to communicate back after a surgical complication arose sending me to emergency care after one of her procedures, she never actually responded I got a series of confused messages from her staff who do not seem to understand what procedures Marion provides in general. I had to cancel my second surgical appointment and now deal with billing for a refund because her staff also didn’t know how that process worked. I’m kind of floored by how disorganized communication was, if you’re looking for something you need to pay ahead of time for I would recommend seeking care elsewhere.
