If I could I would give her 0 starts. She has no respect for people's time. Not only did they had us wait in the waiting room for over an hour and a half, but they took us in the room and had us wait for another 40 minutes without seeing the dr. Not to mention had to wait for over a month and a half for the appointment. No wonder why the there is a need to wait for an app well over a month is that's how they operate in the office.

Saw her many years ago. Could not diagnose a simple pelvic floor disorder and made me feel terrible. Zero bedside manner. Waiting room a nightmare.

Very informative and professional, sensitive and is able to get even the most nervous patient to relax. She discusses all options and allows the patient to be a part of the decision making process, based on severity of problem, patient lifestyle, goals etc.

My insurance paid, but they kept sending me bills, giving me a different story every time I called, refusing to call my insurance company to straighten it out. I had to file a complaint with my insurer. 1.5yrs later, I just got my second notice from the collection agency. They told my insurer I didn't owe anything, then sent it to collections. They count on people paying to make the headache go away. I waited 2.5hrs to see the PA, had to insist to see the actual doc, then charged my insurance and arm and a leg.
