Dr. Mark Stuart Bailey JR., MD

Dr. Bailey took the time needed to answer all my questions & listened to my descriptions of the pain I had been having. The staff was great and answered questions and made me feel comfortable. The MRI I had to get was the most comfortable I have ever had. I am claustrophobic & actually fell asleep in the tube. We are not to the point of actual treatment decisions yet, but I am very comfortable that he will listen to my concerns & adjust my treatment accordingly.

Never will we use another Ortho Dr. Countless visits with other Drs only to be turned away due to weight issues. My husband needed not only a knee replacement but a hip replacement. We went to Dr. Bailey and without hesitation, did both within 6 months of each other. He was thorough, explained risks, and was compassionate. His staff is exceptional. He not only treats my husband, but I see him too and have been nothing but impressed. When we go in for visits, we feel like we’re visiting family, not a Dr. He never makes us feel rushed, he listens, and truly cares. Yeah, he’s that wonderful.

This doctor will abandon a patient mid care and his office staff will back him by canceling your future appointments and refusing to schedule more. I was angry at the time that all this happened and this was a couple years ago but now that my issue has been resolved by a wonderful doctor I am now thankful Dr. Bailey did not work out for me. Patient abandonment in Arkansas is illegal when a patient is undergoing continuous care but he has found a way around the system by creating a subset of excuses for canceled appointments. Do NOT let this DR operate on you! I swear you will regret it.

He knew immediately what was wrong with my knee. I had been going to my doctor in pain for a year and being told that nothing was wrong. I spent a year in physical therapy and begged to go to a specialist. It took Dr. Bailey only minutes. He was so kind and knowledgeable. Very patient. And listened to all my questions. Just wondeful.

I'm not one to bad mouth anyone, I was raised better than that, I just needed a doctor that cared about his patient, one that would be there when I needed him when things went so wrong, but I was left alone and abandoned..and still broken. I'm still "broken"..now I probably will be for the rest of my life because I was just given up on. I pray and hope to God that others have a better outcome than I. Now I pray every night for God to help heal me and help for a miracle that I'll be able to see anot her doctor before July, medicaid won't allow me to see a specialist until then, I don't know if my heart and soul can take all this pain. I hope you all have a very much better outcome than I have had. â?¡ :'-(
