Dr Bartlett was great with my 16 year old daughter and although she hit embarassed about stool samples he let her know that everybody poops

The doctor's personality was a bit off putting for both of us. It laughed at odd times asking if she was pregnant and things like that when it was obvious she never had a positive test as she's not sexually active. I don't know but it was upsetting to experience.

The doctor spent about 30 minutes with us and listened to my concerns. He had an immediate plan to help. The transition to a nurse helping with the plan instructions wasn't great... They were unable to answer my questions, though, another nurse overheard and provided an answer.
