Dr. Mark Day, DO

It is sad you can not get thru your doctor’s office. Your call goes thru call center, they put you on hold for an hour then with no one at Dr’s office to answer your call. One time I was so frustrated that I had to drive for 35 minutes to get to the doctor’s office. I’m trying to figure out if the problem is with OptumCare or Dr. Day’s office. Can’t take this anymore, not used to this kind of service!

Been going to Dr Day for 20 years, and today I tried to make an appointment. They have no record of me ever seeing him!! What a joke, did not even try to figure out the problem on their end why I was not in the system. Trying to get a refill so now I cannot until I find another doctor. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. RUDE, RUDE RUDE. Cannot even give them one star.....Treated like a piece of crap on the phone.

Dr. Mark Day has been my Doctor for 8 years and he is a great. However, since his merger with Optum his practice is very bad. I can't ever see Doctor Day, it's always an assistant. The workers in the office can't get anything right either, from scheduling to follow through. They blame the new system they are working with, but this has been over a year ago since the merger took affect. I will be looking for a new Doctor also.

Dr mark day has been our doctor for over 15 years. He is the best doctor I have ever seen. However since the new owners or consultants have taken over the office has gone downhill. Patients are a number only. So sad to see this change in the office. Can’t get a appointment and if you have one they are always calling to reschedule. Can’t stand the new owners. After 15 years I’m sad to say we are looking for a new doctor office. Sorry dr day. But the new owners are ruining you.

Dr. Day is a very Good Doctor. Extremely thorough, caring and respectful. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Day.

A new doctor always makes me nervous, but Dr. Day put that to rest immediately. I had a good appointment. He seems calm, knowledgeable, helpful, empathetic and I feel fortunate to have such a good new doctor.

Dr Day was very friendly. He spent a good deal of time getting to know me and my health not just my current issue. He let me ask questions. I didn't feel rushed. His staff was very friendly and courteous. The wait time was short and he was with me until I walked out of the office. They didn't follow up with a call but I didn't expect that.

Our family has seen doctor day for many years and we would highly recommend his services. He knows what he's doing and is a very pleasant person.

Dr. Day is AMAZING. Never have I felt so at ease with a doctor. His staff is great. Very on top of things and prompt. My whole family sees him. I'll for sure recommend my friends and family here.

Dr Day is not the problem. His Office manager Joyce is. She is very rude and is definitely the reason why my wife and i will no longer go there. I called in regards to a bill i received that should have been billed as routine preventative. She began to yell at me saying i didn't make the appt right etc. When i called to make the appt i explained exactly what i needed. THEY made the appt accordingly. If she has issue with how the appt was put in their system then she should discuss that with her staff. I could not believe how rude she was. Unfortunately it will cost him our business and many more if that is how they treat people. I DO NOT recommend going here and by the many other comments regarding the poor treatment from the office staff i don't think many people would.
