Dr. Mark Christian Domanski, MD

I was referred to Dr. Domanski to perform surgery to fix a “Trigger Finger” problem. He thoroughly explained the cause and two potential solutions - injections or surgery. I chose surgery, which was quickly scheduled with no issues. The surgery was absolutely successful, restoring full normal use of my hand.

Dr. Domanski is a fantastic surgeon. He saved my father’s life. My dad contacted a very bad infection “Gangrene” in his right lower leg. Dr. Domanski did not waste any time. He immediately brought my dad back for surgery and performed a wash out and debridement with wound vac placement in the OR. My dad would not be here today if it wasn’t for Dr. Domanski. He has kept a very close eye on my dad to ensure he’s healing properly. I can’t say enough great things about him. I would highly recommend him. My family appreciates everything he has done for my father.

I'm very impressed with the results! I never had any cosmetic procedure before. Dr. Domanski was very nice and took the time to explain about the side effects, procedure and answered all my questions. The whole injection time took only 10-15 minutes. I can't remember how many units he used, but I need it on three places. The pain was bearable and redness on my forehead went away within 5 hours. I applied cold compresses to help the redness. No bruises! After a week or so, I started seeing the effects! My sister who didn't know I had dysport injections said "You look different, your face looks healthy and rested". I was so happy to hear that! And...the best thing is that it has been now 9 months and my face still feels firm!!! So, I think that the disport lasts longer than 6 months! Dr. Domanski was very attentive and honest with his recommendations. I highly recommend Dr Domanki!

I was referred to Dr. Domanski from my GP after what we thought was strep morphed into a serious throat infection. Dr. Domanski took me right away and gave me options as to how to treat me. He reviewed my prescriptions that my GP had given me. He was quick in his suggestions, and met me in the ER at Washington Adventist as soon as his office hours were over. He was always professional and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. I met him in the ER, had my procedure done and was out within an hour or so. I had a follow up appointment with him 2 days later just to make sure I was healing okay. He is an excellent doctor and would go back to him again.

I was referred to Dr Domanski after a visit to the emergency room for severe dizziness and taking prescribed medication for a week did not seem to help.He listened to my description of the problem and responded, 'Stop taking the medication'. I was puzzled.Dr. Domanski went on to describe my problem using graphical illustrations and short video clips. He then put me through a series of physical exercises he previously described and when this was over my symptoms were almost all gone. well, I was so surprised, I expected the diziness to return ater a while. It never did. He gave me instructions to continue at home and by the time I was scheduled to see him again for follow up, the problem was a distant memory. I really returned just to thank him. A visit to Dr Domanski for me was a visit to a caring, pleasant and assuring doctor who really listened.

I came to see Dr. Domanski because I was having vertigo issues. I called the office expecting to be given an appointment the following week but I was told that I could be seen the same day. I was happy. I signed in and was greeted by the friendly receptionist. My experience with the doctor was great. He listened to my problem, cleaned out my ears, educated me on how to keep them healthy and gave me free medications. His bedside manner was great. I definitely would recommend him to my family and friends.
