Dr. Mark E. Murphy, MD

Overbooked overwhelmed disrespectful. I had to wait for two Tests for two months after multiple calls only to learn of my positive results with nothing else but the nurse reading the results- no follow up, no treatment plan. I had to call Multiple times to office after they repeatedly said “the data was not sent”. I then had to call over to the Hospital where they resent the data And also initially I was still there when they sent it the first time. My last office visit was at 4:00, I was brought in to the exam room at 4:30 and left at 7:00 pm with custodial staff! Dr Murphy does not “know me” is Overbooked and obviously his Office is out of control and treats People so disrespectfully making them wait so long. It took me all day to retrieve all my Results and going elsewhere to an Office and physician who is committed to a high quality of patient care. Also the medical records person was obviously so Annoyed at my request she actually Stapled the copies with 8… staples Across the paper and said with a Very unkind tone “ you’re not going to understand it”. The ravaged paper filled with staples was quite The passive aggressive message. I certainly hope that these people Don’t become sick one day and are In need of kindness from a medical Practice. This experience has left me so sad and fatigued at the state Of our healthcare.

I was so disrespected disregarded And ignored as a current patient in need. This dr and his practice shows no integrity nor clinical integrity.

Dr. Murphy He is such a Gentleman, kind, and considerate doctor, I've been in the medical field for over 20 yrs. and it is refreshing to speak to a Dr. who will take the time to listen, think out of the box if your a difficult case instead of pushing you off to someone else. I will recommend him. He's has Top notch staff that is equally kind and compassionate. I will not go to any one else.

Doctor Murphy is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is so attentive and makes you feel completely secure and taken care of. He is very busy because of his work at the hospital and the amount of patients, but he is still wonderful.

Dr. Murphy spent so much time with me that I felt like I was his only patient, even though his waiting room was full!

Hard to get an agreeable appointment. FAR too long to wait and then he's only there briefly. His assistant does the exam. He is not likely to touch the patient unless he's doing a procedure.

Have had nothing but positive experience with Dr. Murphy. He has an outstanding bedside manner and very easy to converse with.

Too many patients!!! It is impossible to get a timely appointment and you have to wait for hours to see him. But, take that away and he is a wonderful dr.
