Excellent service

Dr. Wilson was great. I was stressed about being there and other issues that would need medical attention. He was very attentive, kind and helped me feel more at ease. The only thing that concerned me was having to call the office a week before my procedure to get my packet and prep. This concerned me because they were supposed to mail it to me.

Dr. Wilson is always very kind and has an excellent bedside manner. I love the music he plays, but he switched it up a bit this time!??

Dr Wilson agreed to see me with little notice after another GI Assoc provider’s schedule changed. He was very professional and took time to explain everything to me. I did not feel rushed when asking questions.

I had a colonoscopy. The entire procedure took 25 minutes. He sticks his head in the door where I'm waking up and asks ... You were here for a screening? I replied Yes. He then tells me I won't require another scope for 10 years. All is well. Eight months later I discover I did in fact have a diagnosis. My GP was never informed. Wilson would not reply to my questions. Eventually the CFO at the hospital opened my file and printed out my diagnosis for me to view. I was very angry. What did Wilson do ... ??? .... rather than call me he fired me as a patient. He's a quitter.

The entire staff is horrible at returning calls and getting anything done in a timely manner. Dr. Wilson will run a test, but never gets any answers on anything that is going on. He acts like patients and their problems aren't his priority and he has better things to do. I have never encountered anything like it before.
