Dr. Mark Eskenazi, MD

Dr. Mark Eskenazi is a fellowship-trained and board-certified orthopedic spinal surgeon. He completed his undergraduate education at Cornell University in Cell Biology. He went on to earn his medical degree at the New York University School of medicine. Following medical school, he completed a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at New York University Medical Center and the Hospital for Joint Diseases. He continued his fellowship training in Spinal Surgery in the departments of Orthopedic Surgery and Neurosurgery at New York University Medical Center.

Dr. Eskenazi specializes in adult spinal disorders. He has served as a member of the trauma team at Delray Medical Center since 2000 where he has cared for patients who have sustained what are often severe spinal injuries. Common issues treated in his practice are degenerative disorders of the spine such as cervical, thoracic and lumbar stenosis, disk herniations and compression fractures. He has a particular interest in spinal deformity …surgery, taking care of adults with scoliosis and kyphosis.

Dr. Eskenazi has been in practice since 2000. In addition to his clinical practice, he has served as Chairman of Surgery and Chief of the Medical Staff at Delray Medical Center. He serves as a Clinical Affiliate Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the Florida Atlantic University Schmidt College of Medicine helping to educate future physicians.
