Dr Failinger has performed 2 Reconstructive Shoulder (both Right and Left)Surgeries on me over the past 18 years. He always has done his best to inform me of all of the health implications regarding surgery. He makes a point to ensure that I have the right information regarding my health. I feel very comfortable with his skill and caring demeanor as a Physician/Surgeon. Love his staff as well.

Dr. Failinger is great. In my initial consultation regarding whether I should have rotator cuff surgery he took all the time I needed to explain treatment options and very carefully describe the surgical procedure, the risks and the likely outcomes. After the surgery my shoulder was healing very well until I fell again and needed another surgery. I had my second surgery and I am healing well. In each of my follow-up appointments he has taken all the time I've needed to explain my recovery and give me good advice on healing. Great bed side manner while also imparting valuable diagnosis. Helped keep me at ease and feeling like I was in capable and caring

I saw both Dr. Fallinger and his PA. Both showed genuine concern about my issues. Dr. Fallinger was very conservative and did not believe that I needed a surgery but my condition continued to decline. I still experience pain & swelling daily and have been referred to PT & surgery. He was absolutely 1000% correct on my other much bigger issue. He was very willing to provide surgical. referrals. He is good natured. Overall I had a very in depth exam.

The overall experience was very good and I recommend this doctor and clinic. Dr Failinger was a very nice man who took interest in me and my issues. He was right on with his diagnosis and spoke truthfully, no fluff and took his time with me. I would not hesitate to visit him again should I need a specialist.
