Dr. Mark Mitchell Garskof, MD

Dr. Garskoff is excellent.You cannot find anyone better. He is in the handful of doctor's that I actually feel comfortable with. He is very thorough, and also has a great personality.

Immediately after I told him I was having severe muscle spasms, he accused me of being someone that wanted pain pills. Then gave me heartburn medication when I rarely have heartburn. He never tried to diagnose me or follow up. I have switched doctors. He was rude with no bedside manner whatsoever. So was his staff for the exception of a man about 25 years of age. I am sad to have to leave a review like this but I have suffered for many years. Once I finally get medical coverage (which I can barely afford) I get treated this way. Sad way to treat a patient.

Absolutely the worst staff on the mountain. I couldn't believe that time and time again when I called the office or went into the office for a scheduled appointment how RUDE and UNPROFFESIONAL this Doctors office staff was to me. Loved Bonnie Zacher the PA, and by the way I never once saw Doctor Garskof he would not see me if Bonnie Zacher was not in.

Rude office staff wait time absurd run, don't walk, away from this office.

We summer in PInetop AZ and wanted a doctor for the summer. Dr Garskov is now our primary doctor. My wife and I feel very comfortable with Dr Garskov. He is very thorough. We have referred him to friends and they have the same opinion of him. Sometime he runs behind but that is because he spends the time with his patients. We never feel rushed. Obviously we trust him with our lives!

I was Dropped from the practice when I went in to ask about the billing practice. I also did openly record the conversation, not trying to hide it. Honestly feel that is an unmoral way of being treated when inquiring about my bill. Now I understand why the cost of health care goes up.
