Dr. Mark Ward Guy, MD

Dr. Guy just seemed genuine, he seemed to really care. He turned my life around and gave me the help I never knew I needed. And then we prayed together which meant a lot.

Dr. Guy goes above and beyond at any appointment I have. He is very personable and caring. He is an all around good person and an even better doctor. I would recommend him to anyone.

More concerned about the Bible being his Compass than listening to the concerns and thoughts of this patient. Too hide bound by his belief that everything the drug companies tell him are gospel and he has an inability to connect with this patient on genuine nonbiased or prejudiced level. Refuses to believe that this patient can ascertain information relevant to his medications and intelligently read the data supplied and make an independent determination (based on the empirical evidence) that the side effects of prescribed medications can and may be harmful to this patient with the negative outcomes outweighing the alleged 'good'effects of the medications. Mark Guy is out of touch with current thinking and refuses to read materials obtained via the internet from reliable sources since (according to him) they are from the 'ínternet'and (to him) that is tainted material.

I was treating with Dr. Guy and when I almost died and ended up in intensive care for 21 days with severe COPD and TYPE 2 Diebetis under my belt then 3 months of rehab I changed doctors and the medical records where null and only for past 3 years not the 10 years and not acurate I had to start over again.I now use insulin and ended up with severe nerve damage in my legs from my knees down and unable to walk and in a wheelchair. Please check what your doctor puts in your medical records don't be surprised like me. Many lies and no test resoults no even your weight recorded but comments of obesity and hurtful comments.

Dr Guy genuinely cares about his patients. There seems to be a lot of staff turnover as is common in medical offices. Some of the staff are very helpful others not so much.

It is fairly easy to get an appointment at this office with minimal wait times. However,I personallly have found Dr. Mark Guy wanting in several aspects of his exam and assessment process. I have been treated rudely, with arrogance and the Dr becomes downright inappropriate when the Pt tries to input suggestions;and dare suggest that they have even a fraction of an idea of what is going on with their own body. After having been misdiagnosed 3 times. I switched to one of the competent. pleasant female Physicians on staff at the clinic. They are usually on the money with a correct diagnosis,are kind, compassionate and will spend time with you and do NOT treat you like a NUMBER

Dr Guy is excellent clinically and is a kind caring professional who treats his patients with dignity and care, Always.
