Dr. Heibel, Has helped my father with several skin cancers. He is so kind and patient with my father. I’m so glad we found this dermatologist he is the best!

I am always very pleased with Dr Heibel. He is very smart and his staff is very professional.

Made appointment 2 months in advance. Drove 1/2 hour across town. Arrived 10 minutes early on day of appointment. Waited for 50 minutes while 2 people with later appointments than I were seen. Finally left. Will not be back. I respect my client's time. Heibel needs to do the same.

I took my mother, age 90, to see Dr. Heibel. She is hard of hearing and becomes confused on occasion. Dr. Heibel quickly diagnosed her, explained the diagnosis in simple terms, and was very patient with her. All very much appreciated.

I was seen on time, quickly diagnosed and treated. All my questions were answered in a professional manner. Dr. Heibel is kind, compassionate and has an easy going personality. His staff is very professional.

It is very hard to get a timely appointment with this doctor. If you have concerns and would like to get in sooner you have to call every day and several times a day to check on cancellations. I don't have that kind of time to constantly check for openings. They have no cancellation list. I find this very discouraging and not helpful.
