Was kept in hospital past a 72 hr. hold, I had a seizure while driving, my own family believed the police, they accused me of being on something. My blood was negative. He diagnosed me with bipolar so he could keep me, the nurses even told me he had done this before, it was a control thing, sign the release so he can talk to your sister. I have no record of ever being seen my therapist, hospital. I refused for him to speak to my sister, she has issues. I had a career, he would not release me. Was admitted Wednesday after being in jail for 9 hrs, thinking I was having a stroke. Wednesday at 4am was kept there until Monday morning.! I They finally did a EEG ON Friday 7:30pm two Neurologist came in and told me I had a temporal seizure, and I had Epilepsy! Another Dr saw me Saturday morning, said I was missing diagnosed, wasn't bipolar and I had Epilepsy, said release me, he said he couldn't, that Mark Kanswa… had to. This doctor said tell actually what I told you. I had to wait until Monday! The nurses all said he has done this before, it was a control thing, sign the release Kim. We are going to come back and he is going to have you on so much medication your going to be out of it. They even got my phone out of lock up, I made calls to friends on the floor by nurses station. This is unacceptable! This was a 1 1/2 ago, and I'm still fighting the Epilepsy, my employer fired for having Epilepsy, it goes on and on.

Did a psych eval that was nonsensical and when asked questions about the eval, his answers were either vague or he danced around and never actually answered the question(s). He also did not ask the patient or attempt to find out via past medical records any information about the patient that would/may be relevant to the psych eval (IE current meds, prior existing health conditions, etc.. Completely unacceptable. Additionally, it appears that his education information differs between what is found on vitals.com and that which is listed on Borgess.com
