Ive been a patient with Dr Kipnes for over 20 yrs. I appreciate the patient care that has been given. Oscar is very friendly, polite informative as well as Linda, Victoria and Rebecca. They helped with my patient pirtal. I appreciate the whole staff and there compassion to help.

I’m a patient of Dr Mark Kipnes since 1988 which is about 31 years. He is great doctor and I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Staff is great! Patient Advocate is Great !

Dr. Kipnes is a wonderful listener and never seems to rush anyone. I feel satisfied he is listening to my concerns and worries. He does not sugar coat anything. A wonderful doctor and totally worth the (sometimes) long wait.

The Dr was very good. My first couple of visits were great here but they have gone now hill with their customer service. If you care anything about having a reliable appointment time DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They cancelled my follow up appointment and I was not able to make a new appointment at that time. I called back twice and was put on hold and hung up after 20 min. I decided to go in and make my appointment and was told I would have to sit and wait. I was told there were a lot of people in front of me and it would be about 20 min!!! Come on THEY cancelled my appointment!!! I have asked my PCP to refer me to a new endocrinologist.

As a nurse, I can appreciate the time Dr. K spends with me. I finally got my husband to agree to see him, and he also is very satisfied. My thyroid has puzzled MD's for years, but Dr. K was able to get me on the correct dose.

An enormous number of people are moved efficiently from sign in at the clinic desk, then escorted to lab for blood draws, then greeted by one of the Physicians' Assistants who update patients' vitals prior to sessions with their doctors. The Diabetes and Glandular Clinic is top notch. Much is accomplished a very short time. the Diabetes and Glandular Clinic is top notch. Dr. Kipness a great listener and his intensity regarding a patient's well being is obvious.

Dr. Kpines is too busy to care. I left feeling frustrated and confused and with no answers to my questions. He definitely does not like to answer questions.
