I booked an appointment with another Doctor online through their online system - it was never put in to their system. I arrived and they squeezed me in with this guy who was plain awful to me. I have had very bad tonsil issues for 10+ years and he belittled me to every extent. At one point he asked me "how long has this been going on?" My response was "I've had this since I was about 10 years old" His response was "Well you're not 10 years old anymore...right..." I was baffled at how rude he was to me. I deal with patients all day long so I know it can be draining sometimes but there is no excuse to be inhuman to a sick person who comes in seeking medical advice. It was as if I was a waste of his time and I was so angry I left the visit.

I have seen Dr Fox several times this year for unrelated health issues. One was vertigo & now I have acute otitis media which is an ear infection. He has helped me repeatedly in the past. He also cares for my father in law, husband & brother in law. If you ask questions, he is very patient & explains things thoroughly but simply enough to understand. I highly recommend Dr Fox. ??

Dr. Fox, is not fit to be a doctor. No bedside manor, do not care about your pain, or care to explain what caused your ear symptoms. Never experience such pains for a simple ear wax removal. Having met him is like met a cashier at a supermarket .

He is very rude and definitely does not know how to work with pediatric patients. My 2 year old did not want to open her mouth and his response was" oh well I can't perform miracles " , really did he expect her to behave like an afult?! After I got her to open her mouth his examination was brief and shortly dismissed us with a simple there's nothing wrong with her come back in a month ....

Dr. Fox should be ashamed of the way he deals with children. When my four year old, who was reasonably upset to have him looking in her ears cried, "i want to go home". He said, "you can go home...the sooner the better.". He was rude, wouldn't even engage her, and was unapologetic for his unprofessional behavior.
