Dr. Mark Robert Lenthe, DO

Check in was quick and efficient. Interview with Carli was informative, thorough and friendly. Labs with Robyn were painless and put me at ease. Dr Lenthe understands more than just charts and numbers. He truly cares and works to get to the root cause. He also understands how to relate to his patients and communicate at their level. Glad my new insurance let me go back to Dr. Lenthe. What a great team!

Apparently I was too late for my appointment and said I had to reschedule since I was 10 min late. Due to finding the office and fixing and old bill. When I protested, she said I could have 4 minutes for my visit. What happened to the human side of hopefully finding a good dr and greeting you with kindness. I'll tell my friends and family how badly they spoke to me and never go there So much for nice office coordinators....

Office hours are only 9-3, which makes it VERY difficult to schedule an appointment if you have a job. Office staff is not trained in customer service. if you were annoyed when you began dealing with them, it only gets worse the longer you try to deal with them. There is VERY poor communication with patients. Aside from his staff, Physician did not make eye contact. Was very cold. Seemed distracted and in a hurry. Last interaction with this office was the last straw. This family will be seeking medical attention elsewhere.

I was thoroughly impressed with my visit. The lady at the front desk went OUT of her way to meet my needs, and very sweet!! The assistant was quick, personable, and the perfect example of what all assistances should be. Dr lenthe sets a high bar for other doctors. He was thorough, professional, knowledge, quick and effective.

I started seeing Dr. Lenthe right after he moved from Hill AFB to Tanner Clinic and I thought he was the best I had ever seen. I liked him so much that I recommended him to my father-in-law. He and his nurse continued to be great for the first few years but in the last year or two there has been a change. My father-in-law started complaining about a year ago but I still defended Mark. He never seems to be in the office and his nurse never seems to call back. I have to make multiple calls in order to talk with them. He never follows up even after large procedures. His current nurse was very rude this week when I asked her if I could speak with Dr. Lenthe over the phone, she told me that he is very busy and wouldn't have time to call me. I made the suggestion that if he is "too busy" to call me then maybe it was time I found a new provider......and she agreed. I guess I know my next step!

Plain and simple he is the best doctor I have ever seen in my entire 43 years. Courteous dependable respectful friendly, extremely intelligent And just an all-around awesome guy. my son and I both see himand he has always treated us both with the utmost respect, And concern. Any questions we have the answers them, and if he doesn't know the answer he simply says he doesn't know but he will find out. However that is a Rariety. people that use this forum and venue attempt to smear the physician's name truly are wasting your time. They're wasting precious energy on being angry for a completely separate issue in their life.but as you can tell dr lenthe is very secure in his knowledge base and practice I will continue to go to him as long as I need him and I will refer anybody that will listen, as I have already referred many. Kudos to you dr lenthe and thank you

First Dr. Lenthe and his Staff run a very efficient office which is refreshing as they respect my time also. He has always been on time for my appointments. I was impressed recently for a routine follow-up for my exercise induced Asthma. I couldn't get into my normal doctor so I made an appointment with Dr. Lenthe. I simply just wanted a refill of my Albuterol puffer. However, Dr. Lenthe began asking more questions and I informed him that I was attempting to train for a marathon but admitted that I was depending heavily on my Albuterol. I was always told by my other doctors that is the only thing Exerecise induced Asthmatics use. Anyway, Dr. Lenthe felt I was using way too much albuterol prior and during my exercise regimen. I did mention I was struggling to complete my runs. After hearing all that, he wanted to "try something" and gave me different options explaining each one and eventually put me on some Advair which is apparently an inhaled steriod. He had me use it twice a day… during my training season. Needless to say, I completed my 1st marathon without any need of my rescue inhaler. I feel awesome! If it weren't for Dr. Lenthe listening to me and inquiring more I would have never been able to complete my dream of completing a marathon. Thank you for listening and not just refilling my meds and sending me on my way. Dr. Lenthe is great, his staff is great and Tanner Clinic is great. Would highly recommend. Thanks.....

So I hurt my back a few weeks ago. My friends told me I would have to have an MRI. I knew my insurance would not cover much, but hey everyone told me I needed an MRI. I went to Dr. Lenthe and pretty much told him I have to have an MRI. He listened to everything I had to say and then told me lets just do an exam first. He did a very thorough exam and told me he did not feel I needed an MRI, but would be happy to order one if I had strong feelings. He took about 20 minutes to discuss his findings, how the body worked and the reason why he felt I did not need an MRI at this point. He told me medicine would only be a short fix and recommended physical therapy and massage therapy to fix the problem. Well, I took his advise and after 1 month of therapy I am totally back to myself with no pain. He was right and saved me like $1000 in MRI costs. I really appreciated the time he took with me and explaining things in detail. Never had a physician do that before. Would recommend Dr.… Lenthe to anyone.

I had been to many physicians for a multitude of ailments over the last few years. Many just blew me off and others stated I was just drug seeking. From the first appointment, Dr. Lenthe took the time to listen to what I had to say and ordered some tests and an MRI which had never been done before. Needless to say, I finally got a diagnosis after years which was Multiple Sclerosis. I am now being treated by a neurologist and feeling better. If it were not for Dr. Lenthe and his caring manner I would still be walking around without a diagnosis. Very Caring. Great Staff. Would highly recommend Dr. Lenthe. Thank you! God Bless

Dr. Lenthe and his staff are nice enough, they all greeted with a cheerful smile. But, I went in twice with the same persistent pain. His first diagnosis was wrong, it was his referral office that got part of my problem taken care of. I was told by Lenthe if my problems/pains did not get better or go away he would do x-rays if I had to come back. That next visit no x-rays performed, just told there was no fix for my injury, deal with it. After going to someone else for a second opinion I was told even before xrays what my pain and problems were from, after going over x-rays, there was no doubt even from an untrained eye that there were problems. I am now scheduled for surgery, with another doctor, to have my injuries fixed. A good bed side manner and smile doesnt make up for the extra time spent with my pain that could have been fixed and been healing in time I had taken between visits. I would recommend his staff to get you started, but next time Im seeing another GP for my… ailments.
