A very efficient office - Dr. Jones is caring, listens and is a gentleman. I hope he never retires.

I had a right hip replacement on January 10, 2023, very pleasant doctor, shows concern for his patients. Every visit he answers any concerns you might have. After surgery he talked with my husband. I think he's the best surgeon out there. He explains everything to you thoroughly.

If I could give 10 stars for Dr. Jones I would. He’s the whole package. Compassionate, caring, thorough, kind, humble, etc., etc. All the staff are amazing and never turn over. He did a knee replacement for my friend with excellent results. I’ve seen him for multiple things involving foot and knee, always great results. He is the doctor that’s hard to find!

Dr Jones did a total knee replacement 11-1-22 He is a very caring doctor and answered all my questions before the surgery. I had no complications and am very pleased with my new knee. I would highly recommend Dr Mark Jones. When it’s time for my other knee he will be my doctor. His whole office is nice and I’m always taken on time for my appointments. I had my 1st appt. with Dr. Mark Jones. They were running 30/40 min. behind which was stressing me out since U had another appt.afterwards but the minute he walked into the exam room he was caring, & apologized & completely in on my case. I have never met with such a wonderful surgeon who listened intently, spoke softly, seemed to truly care about me as a patient. My husband had surgery with Dr. Jones years ago & thought he was wonderful. He explained my options for my issue & will walk me through my care plan until the day I have to have knee replacement which will be a bit down the road. I feel totally confident in his care!

Dr. Jones performed knee replacement surgery on both of my knees. I am so happy with the results. He has great bedside manner, listens well and he spends the time needed to discuss the procedures and expectations. His staff is great also. I highly recommend him.
