Dr. Mark Peake has been my dermatologist for well over 20 years. Although I moved from northeast El Paso to the west side 17 years ago, I continue making the drive to Mountain View Dermatology in the northeast because of the professional service I receive during each and every visit. Dr. Peake takes the time to listen, explain the cause of skin abnormalities, and the options for best results. Not only does Dr. Peake hold years of knowledge and experience in his field, his dedication to customer satisfaction is like none other. Having several doctor visits a year to address different issues I have, I can say that the only doctor visit I look forward to is to Dr. Peake, my dermatologist. I have been a patient for several years and would never even consider changing Drs. Every visit is a pleasure, from being greeted by the receptionist to getting to see Doc Peake. Professionalism, courtesy, compassion, are the hall marks of this office and if you have an appointment and arriving on time, you will never have to wait more then 15 minutes to be ushered into an examining room to see the Dr. I have over the years seen several "highly recommended" skin specialists in the area, none of whom can hold a candle to Dr. Peake and staff. His office staff and medical staff are excellent. They are professional, courteous and friendly .You couldn’t ask for a more helpful staff. My experience with Dr. Peake was great! His staff and nurses were very polite. I was impressed at the great lengths they went to make the office clean and comfortable while COVID is a concern. Dr. Peake was thorough in his examination and addressed all my concerns. I appreciated his honesty and prescribing effective treatments.

I highly recommend Mountain View Dermatology for any and all skin care issues. Dr. Peake and his staff are an amazing group of professionals who do their jobs extremely well. They are prompt and thorough in all their assessments and procedures. The office staff is friendly and call with appointment reminders and answer all questions in a professional manner. If it is necessary to see a dermatologist or just needing an annual check up, I would go nowhere else. Five stars and a thumbs Up for Dr. Peake and Mountain View Dermatology.

I had a great visit- as always, everyone is always so helpful. Dr Peak is so patient and caring. He always has my back- literally he always checks out the skin on my back to make sure there isn't anything weird there that I can't see. He has helped me out a dozen times with minor things that could become major had we let them go. He also helps with routine skin things that just need a little freezing because they bother me. I recommend this establishment- Easy in- easy out. I've never waited but a couple of minutes to be seen, and appointments seem to be a reasonable time frame. At other local Drs, I have waited up to 6 hours on several occasions- just to see the Dr! This place is a breath of fresh air! Check it out!

Dr. Peake has been my Dermatologist for the last 7 years. He always shows my kindness and concern for my health and my needs. He make himself available by phone or appointment if needed. all of his assistants are great helpful and kind Tori was very helpful during my last visit. There wait time is the best the staff does a wonderful on scheduling.
