Scammer. Very superficial investigative effort. Does not verify sources. If the court had not thrown his opinion out of our case, my daughter may have ended up in a dangerous situation.

My ex wife brought ACS into our divorce in order to force relocation out of nyc. Not many people believed my wife’s narrative. But Rand’s 470 page report crushed my ex wife’s efforts and forced her to settle. He helped get my son back into my life . Dr. Rand gave me my life back.

This guy is a complete fraud! He will milk you for every penny he can. In the end you will spend more money fighting through lawyers to get your kids back after his bogus evaluation. If you don't believe me look up how many times his report was overturned by the judge after the lawyers questioned him. He has no concrete answers for what he puts into his bogus reports. All these 5 start reviews were written by his staff to cover up all the 1 star reviews. If the judge assigns him to your case tell your lawyer to ask for a new doctor trust me in the end you won't regret that decision.

Great doctor and honest man. All negative reviews are from a mentally ill man Nick Marcilio who poses as different people on here to make Rand look bad. Rand is not on her reading this he has a great and busy career going on. Also, he is white and says rand was racist against him. Ignore every bad review they are ALL NICHOLAS MARCILIO who is a deadbeat dad who ran from NYC to avoid paying child support. That is how much he liked his kids who all hate him now. Have a nice rest of life Sick Nick!

He Rand me and my child are hav8ng a great relationship no thanks to you or the crummy courts.He is changing his life for the better he sees i am important to him and that I was there for him when you were siding with the totally out of control step grandfather.And we are making great progress no thanks to you and your 5 page statement of lies that was never used.Forget this guy he is a disgrace and a fraud.

Dr Rand is a lifesaver no other way to put it. Well he certainly saved my life. Can spot a liar a mile away like my wife was and now I have my children back in my life. All bad reviews are the same man who lost his kids and as you can see by his posts he should not be allowed near children as he is mentally unstable and needs psychiatric help to say the least. Thanks Dr Rand! I know you are too busy to read this stuff but you are appreciated and I did tell you this during our last emails.

I have been victimized by this doctor. He is only in it for the money!!! All the "5 Star" ratings are all written by his staff to cover up the real reviews and raise his star rating. He STOLE over 30k from me by making me keep going to him and in the end wrote a completely bogus forensic just to avoid trial. He should be investigated by the disciplinary committee ASAP. If a judge appoints him as your forensic in your divorce trial, ASK TO CHANGE HIM ASAP!!!!!
