Dr. Ranzinger performed a complex robotic surgery on me in October, 2025. I had a great deal of scar tissue and it resulted in some complications. Through all the complications, he has been there explaining what is going on calmly and listening to me. I cannot recommend him enough. He is an amazing doctor!

Dr. Ranzinger and his nurse, Johnny, were very personable and made you feel like a person and not a number...or not "one more" patient. They are truly interested in YOU. Dr. Ranzinger cares for you as a person and listens to your reasons for being there. When I first came to him in 2016...no other doctor listened...and past doctors made me think it was in my imagination. Dr. Ranzinger discovered what was going on and the result was a surgery where multiple lipomas were removed from my abdomen. I am so very thankful for Dr. Ranzinger's attention to detail, kindness, compassionate bedside manner, and his Faith which brought me comfort through the experience. I highly recommend Dr. Ranzinger and his team.

Dr. Ranzinger and his nurse provided exceptional care to my mother. They were kind, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The procedure and post care were explained very well and they showed genuine care for her as a person and patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Ranzinger.

Dr. Ranzinger truly cares for his patients. He took me in as an emergency case even though he was ready to leave the office. He explains everything thoroughly before treatment. Since moving to Goshen I worried finding a general surgeon I can trust, now I found my new general surgeon

If you are lucky enough to get this doctor or surgeon, you won't be sorry. He is absolutely the best and would recommend him in a heart beat. Goshen is fortunate to have him.
