Dr. Mark Anthony Rodriguez, MD

I don't just give out a a 6 star rating to just any one, but when it comes to Dr Rodriguez and his staff , they are the greats people in life.

First time in there, I was in patients roon for almost 2 hrs. Was about to leave when he came in. Never listened to me nor my husband. Charged us for services never performed or done. Wanted us to keep coming in to see just to give them more money, but I new it was a lie. This place will take your money . They will not take care of you and will not listen to you. The original problem I had, still exists. Because they do not want to do anything else.

I love Dr. Rodriguez, the problem is the staff. One member in particular always gets my medications wrong but refuses to listen to you and makes rude comments everytime I go there. I always wait at least an hour and half before being seen, the least they could do is let me know they're running late when I get there. I have to take a whole day off from work or scheduled on my off days because of this. I just stay hopeful they'll get rid of the problem staff members. Some of the staff are great though, it's because of them and the doctor that I stay.

You will never find a better physician than Dr Rodriguez. My ratings are from 1994-2007. I have worked with him as well as being one of his patients. Has some of the best bedside manners you can find in most physicians.

I have been seeing Dr. Rod for 19 years and he has been excellent for me in every respect. A real caring doctor that wants to make a difference in your life, with me he succeeded.

If it was just the doctor we would stay, however, the office staff at this office is the worst experience in customer service that my husband and I have ever experienced. They have lost paperwork, as a result we have been turned down for insurance we needed, the office manager is extraordinarily rude, the staff is incompetant and untrained. It is very difficult to get an appointment when you are very ill and need to be seen soon. We love Dr. Rodriguez, however, your employees are the face of your business and when they are not treating your clients well- your clients will leave as we have after over 20 years. We will not be back. Go see a different doctor- one that has an office staff that realizes that with out patients they won't have a paycheck.
