The MOST unprofessional and incompetent office staff I have ever experienced. Belittled and disrespected me for working with Atlantic Health and Morristown Medical center, which they are not part of. Was incapable of processing my pre-surgical paperwork in 10 days leaving me in jeopardy 2 days before for my orthopedic surgery. staff was rude, abusive, even yelling at me in the office because they couldn’t figure out how to get the paperwork to my Orthopedic MD. I will NEVER GO back and recommend to anyone who wants to be treated with basic respect to find another doctor

Horrible, horrible, lazy doctor. Kept sending my family member, (who was a patient of his for over 10 years), home with bronchitis and prescribed her antibiotics after she kept complaining of respiratory discomfort and persistent cough. 6 months later, she died of Stage IV lung cancer. Not saying this is entirely his fault, but as a primary doctor, it is crucial to pay attention to YOUR PATIENTS history. You need to recommend screenings, give chest x-rays, bloodwork, etc. This could have been prevented if he were a little more proactive and actually cared about his patients. Thanks to him, my family and I lost a loved one.

I have been a patient of Doctor Rubinetti Since I was 23 yrs Old. The Great thing about him is, he gives you a well rounded explanation as to the issue that you are having and what has to be done and the reason why. Horrible trying to get a appt. called awhile back no appts for 6months!!!!! Dr has a dry humor doesn’t really converse with patient and seems every few years when the redo computer system they lose records as they claim. Switched Drs while back

SINCE CHANGING OVER HIS PRACTICE TO CARE STATION I FEEL LIKE I HAVE GONE FROM A PATIENT WITH A NAME TO JUST A NUMBER. NO MATTER WHEN I CALL THE OFFICE I ALMOST ALWAYS HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE ON THE RECORDING. IT IS RARE IF SOMEONE CALLS ME BACK WITHINN UNDER 3 HOURS. I USUALLY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CALL BACK AND SPEEK TO SOMEONE BEFORE THEY EVEN RETURN MY CALL. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SEEING THE DOCTOR WHEN YOU'RE SICK. I TRIED TO MAKE A SAME DAY APPOINTMENT WHEN I THOUGHT I MIGHT HAVE PHNUMONIA AND WAS TOLD HE COULDNT SEE ME THAT DAY AND HAD TO WAIT OVER 24 HOURS FOR AN APPOINTMENT. THE PREVIOUS STAFF WAS VEY GOOD ABOUT FOLLOWING UP AND ADDRESSING YOUR CONCERNS WITH THE DOCTOR. THE NEW STAFF CAN ONLY MESSAGE THE DOCTOR AND THEY ALMOST NEVER CALL BACK TO LET YOU KNOW WHAT HE SAID. I'M STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK FROM 10 DAYS AGO TO LET ME KNOW THAT A PERSCRIPTION THAT WAS NEVER TRANSMITTED TO THE PHARMACY WAS SENT.

We have been with Dr. Rubinetti since he opened an office. A remarkable diagnostician, right on point, a master with medications and committed to quality of service delivery. Highly recommended.

Dr. Rubinetti is an outstanding physician. An excellent diagnostician. You never feel rushed through your visit, he allows the time you need to discuss your concerns.

He seems to listen and explains what he is doing and what and why you have the symptoms. There really is no follow up from his office personel. Ability to get a appointment the day you call is normally excellent if they know you are not feeling well.

We have been patients for more years than we can count. We are in our 60's. He is a medical professional with an ability to accurately first diagnose medical problems. He is thorough. He will go the extra yard to communicate. His battery of physicians in his specialist referral listing is exceptional. His staff as all medical staffs are over tasked by paperwork. It's understood considering the insurance environment. They are always courteous and professional. This physician LISTENS and DIGESTS the patients input. For these reasons, plus the fact that he's keeping us in one piece is the overwhelming reasons I have no concern recommending him as your internist for any and all age brackets. And, he's a nice guy.

Dr Rubinetti is the kind of Dr who does gets straight to treating the symptoms and confirming the problem right away. Treated my symptom right away just by speaking with him when other "specialists" couldn't figure the obvious out with all kind of expensive unnecessary an sdlomg waitings tests. The staff couldn't be more helpful and their follow up skills are unbelieveable. I've been to an incredible amount of doctors who treat their business like a law office. Not Dr Rubinetti- his office is for treating people who need help. He won't overmedicate you and would rather you reduce meds when necessary. A+ DR
