Dr.Mark li very kind he allway taking care of my father and mother the Ramirez famiy’s He always there the best.

His clerk her name is Nicole She is so rude and very impolite not porfetional , so much aditute to the patient Never be on time to ANYTHING.

I have waited over 90 minutes in the lobby to see him. When he went thru my medical record during I was hospitalized he fell asleep. It is ridiculous ! Never go to see this doctor.

This doctor Li falls asleep while examining you.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. LI, HE SPENT TIME TO EXPLAIN MY PROBLEM HIS STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. I WISH THERE WAS MORE DOCTORS LIKE DR. LI. AND I WOULDNT CARE IF I HAD TO WAIT 1 OR 2 BECAUSE HE WOULD DO THE SAME FOR ME

I made an appointment for a Thursday 11:45 am. When I arrived I was told by the nurse that I had to wait for 9 other patience who arrived before me. I rescheduled. There was no waiting at the second appointment. When I met with Dr. Li he told me that he was "sure" that I had cyrosis of the liver. I mentioned to him that my blood panel & ultra sound results that he was holding in his hand showed no eveidence of syrosis. To the contrary ultra sound indicated soft tissue & no enlarged sline. Still Dr. Li told me that he was sure that I had syrosis. At one point Dr. Li wheeled his chair over to mine, lifted up my shirt and started to feel around my mid section with filthy hands, dirt under his untrimmed fingernails. Anybody knows that this should be done only while a patient is on his back. Upon leaving I spoke to the nurse who had a terrible attitude and she admitted to me that neither her or the doctor had any of my medcal records. She said, "It is your general practioners responsibility… to send us your records." In other words her or Dr. Li ever bothered to really asscess my condition. The next day I went for a full body scan and no syrosis was found. Dr. Li is unprofessional, uncaring and has very poor personal hygene.

Dr. Li is always late during my appointment and his advice for my diagnosis is not complete.The question is why didn't he tell me the simple solution to my problem straight up. What I have was GERD, A SIMPLE GERD - Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease. All a patient has to do is to take the medication he prescribed and AT NIGHT SLEEP ON THE BED WHICH (ON AN ANGLE) IS SLANTED 22 TO 25 DEGREES, so that the liquid content of the stomach will not regurgitates (backs up or refluxes) into the esophagus. I got this information from the internet myself and since then my GERD went away permanently and now I can eat anything I want to.

Doctor Li has been my primary care doctor for many years and rates very high on my list as a doctor and as a person.

This doctor has no respect for patients. He is habitually late for appointments, surgery, consultations, etc. Late by 2 hours plus, and with no excuse! That is so beyond disrespect. He appears unkempt, hapless, and confused. Now a word about his office. He has a staff of one - no nurse. His receptionist is so stressed that she is obviously on the verge of a nervous breakdown. My worse experience ever with a specialist.

We waited for my mothers appt. for 2 hours in the most unprofessional, unclean, uncomfortable, non-disabled access office I have ever been to. Then when you finally saw my mother, you did not have an answer to her problem. Your idiotic suggestion that she put a "plug" so that the diarreah would not come out was the stupidest suggestion I have ever heard. I really do not know how you stay in business. How do you continue to practice with those types of suggestions. You need to either go back to school or give up your license.
