My son really loved going to see this doctor. She would always say his name differently and he always laughed when visiting her. She always did really well at checking his pump and numbers.

When my son was first diagnosed we had no idea what to expect. Dr. Tombac took so much time with us to explain everything and help us cope. I thought that was just a one-time thing but over the years she has never slacked up in the time she spends with my son or done whatever she could to help him out. My son actually "outgrew" the pediatric practice but she has continued to see him as a college student. I have had to call her several times while he was away at school and she's always been available and supportive of our needs. I would highly recommend her to any new patient.

It took several months to get our appointment. DAy of visit, office phones were diverted to oncall nurse all day, after getting lost, arrived a few min late, they would not see us.. ..after traveling over an hr to get there. Was told we were double booked anyway and since we were a few min late, the dr would not see us nor could get us in for 2 more months. Seriously we were 10 min late and they were not available toanswer their phones for better directions
