Dr. Marlon Kay Weiss, MD

The whole staff is excellent in treating you with care. They listen to the problem. Then, make sure you have every issue solved. Only problem we have is in the winter time. We are senior citizens and worry about slipping on the ice. It was much easier to get to his office at Gateway Professional building than the other location. We have both fallen on the ice already. We are continually canceling appointments due to the weather. We don't want to lose our doctor. Please help!!!

Wouldn;t trust anyone else

in the last yr it seems that his practice has become more & more like just a business. on my last visit he ck'd & renew 2 Rx. but w/in a wk my pharmacy tells me that my other 3 Rx have expired & can't be auto refilled so they have contacted Dr. Weiss's office. days go by w/ no response. I ck the pharmacy: no renewal from Dr. Weiss. I call the office: when I finally get thru they say they'll have to call me back. When they do they tell me I have to schedule another appt. in order to have Rx refilled! I was just there 2wks ago!

Rushes through appointment- doesn't ask if I have questions- very little eye contact at all- bedside manner very disappointing.

Dr Weiss will find excuses for you to return when nothing is wrong with you. He gave me a diagnosis with zero supporting evidence. In fact, he wasn't even qualified to give it. He also didn't discuss it with me. I learned through his staff, who didn't follow through with getting records and then yelled at me about it. Very unprofessional. If I make an incorrect diagnosis of my client and particularly do not discuss it with them, I risk being sued for malpractice.

I made an appointment to see the Dr and all I got to see was the nurse. Who advised me to buy some cream for my skin problem. If I pay to see a Doctor I only feel it is fair to get attended by him instead of his nurses.

Dr. Weiss has been my doctor for 14 years and I only have good things to say. He is caring, thoughtful, and clearly up-to-date on the latest medical research. I have recommended him to friends and they've all been very pleased, too. As my family has grown Dr. Weiss and his staff have been and continue to be an important part of our health.

Dr. Weiss will not give advice or fill perscription's without an appointment. Even if you had just seen him that day or the day before. You always have to make an appointment. Makes me wonder how much Medicare he is collecting for no reason at all.
