Marni did not take the time to listen to my symptoms and sent me to multiple doctors. I had a chronic bacterial infection that needed attention. I had to spend thousands going to a naturopath to get better. She told me I had a virus that would take 9 months to clear. I told her I had to see a naturopathic dr and that this dr gave me an antibiotic for the chronic bacterial infection that she overlooked. She tried to give me an antidepressant which I did not fill the prescription. I don't believe she is a doctor that will take the time to find root cause.

Concern for patient care declined over the past three year form very attentive to don't bother me.

Called me back on behalf of Jupiter Urgent Care. Very rude over the phone and did not care anything about me as the patient only wanted to ensure me that all her tees were crossed and i's were dotted. She should have never got into medicine if you done care about the patient and their needs.

Been with this Doctor for about 2.5 years not happy with her bed side manner and her staff attitude towards her patients. She was highly recommended by a friend but not impressed. Have asked her for a test and she refuse to answer why - the response was I do not need it without any reason or explanation.

My husband and I both see Dr. Nicholas and have been very happy with her. She is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Her receptionist, Jenna, however is extremely rude, does not return phone calls and when called back because she hasn't returned initial phone call, Jenna argues with patient over just about everything!! I called for 4th time after waiting 5 days and Jenna was extremely rude again, threatened to hang up on me and even said she didn't care about my situation, and that my last option was to now call a 3rd "covering" physicians the 2 previous ones were out of the office today, 1st has day off, the 2nd called in sick. So after 5 days of no calls back, no appt, no called in refill, Jenna began to scream at me over the phone and threaten to hang up on me. Not at all professional. Lastly, she never even gave me the phone # for the now 3rd Dr who is supposed to be covering for Dr Nicholas while she is away for 2 weeks. I am eager for Dr. to return so I can share… this experience with her. I suspect she will be notified.

Great experience professional atmosphere

Rushed appts, miscoded prescriptions that weren't accepted by insurance and these were standard tests that were previously approved by insurance with previous doctor. When following up, Doctor did not speak with me as requested, and very curt office person said there was nothing she could do.

Nice office, good coffee, easy to get an appointment (I wonder why?). Doctor smiles a lot, does not ask even general, probing health questions. I have used this doctor for about 5 years but will be changing shortly as I don't believe I am getting good, thoughtful care; I have no confidence in her doctoral abilities..

My experience with Dr. Nichols was not good. I felt very rushed and that she did not truly listen to my needs. She also has a No Tolerance policy if you are late, even if you call and charges you a fee.
