Dr. Martha Buitrago, MD

Sometimes she misunderstands what I mean, and puts her own interpretation in her notes. People with multiple health issues cannot always use the usual suggestions. Misunderstandings happen, but I like her very much and will continue to see her for my infectious disease concerns.

She has terrible social skills and made me feel very uncomfortable.

I've seen Dr. Buitrago multiple times at both her Idaho Falls and Pocatello locations. I've always been treated with care and compassion. She does have a good support team that handles much of the work; but she has always spent as much time with me as I needed.

I had an unpleasant experience with Martha Buitrago and her Office: to get a simple health statement I was made to:1)get an appointment when it was available2) when I came for an appointment I was made to wait 30-45 min3} then the nurse came out and said: to have the statement signed I had to give 3 different tests ( that were done almost 12 month ago and were the same as the year before that and before that)then come back or go back to tha primary care provider. My question did I had to come to the office at the specified time and wait 30-45 min to get this type of treatment? I don't think so. But I was a good patient: I went and had the blood test done. When the results came back I went back to office. Again the doctor did not bother to speak with (though I have seen her the years before). I was told to have an appointment. Since I was traveling out of town, I was unable to get an appointment. Instead I wrote a note to call me back and let know the results of the test. Did she call… me back? No, not yet. This is her way to treat some patients.
