Dr. Martha Helene Sanford, MD

While in the hospital being treated, I had seen two doctors back to back. The first was a surgeon who came in and gave me informative information and a game plan I was happy with. After he left, Dr Sanford came in and gave me completely different information. She was rude, didn’t answer my questions, and wasn’t on the same page as the surgeon and I. I also felt like she wasn’t knowledgeable on my situation or my needs. She triggered my anxiety and made me super uncomfortable. When she left, I had the surgeon come back just to confirm what he said was true. I really dislike this doctor. I’ve seen A LOT of doctors, but nothing as crazy as dr Sanford. I Really hope I never have to work with her again.

I wouldn't even give her one star if that was possible. Unprofessional, rude and wouldn't even come in the door to see my husband. She stood at the door and gave sarcastic answers to his questions. SHe also discharged him when his night doctor said he needed to be in the hospital several more days

No bed side manner at all, I would not recommend anyone to go to this lady who seeks help. It’s quite sad she’s out there treating sick people. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Dr. Sanford went beyond the care of what would be required from her as a hospital physician. She spent time and tremendous effort in finding the best care available for my mother.

I was being seen at a hospital she was a resident with. Her bedside manner was absolutely deplorable. She was in opinion not at all understanding, nor compassionate towards me and my needs. I would never and let me emphasize NEVER recommend anyone in any kind of medical need to seek her assistance . I wouldn't even allow her to care over my dog for that matter. That's how aweful my experience was with this know woman.
