Dr Maso is gentle and patient. I did not feel at all rushed. I felt I was in competent hands. The wait time was longer than I had anticipated but she spent a lot of time with me. I would much prefer waiting than being rushed out in 5 minutes by the doctor.

I was 7 minutes early for my appointment. Apparently, patients are booked every 10 minutes. I was told I would have to wait over an hour after my scheduled timeslot. Since I was on my lunchhour, I did not have that much time. I was informed there were 6 people ahead of me, so I was doubtful it would have been just an hour wait. Unfortunately, I was told, it is always like this. It is hard to believe what could possibly be a great doctor would practice in an office that is so incredibly inconsiderate of patients time.

This office is inconsiderate of other peoples times. I have waited over 1 hour in the waiting room. Then they put you in an exam room and make you wait a half hour more! I work and my time is just as important as theirs. The office staff is not the friendliest either. Beware!

After quite a delay in the waiting room, Dr Maso was very kind and compassionate. She gave me a few different options in regards to treatment, rather then just going at me with the scalpel like many other derms I've seen. She was thorough and gentle and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend her!
