Dr. Iser has many years of experience, and it shows in his overall excellence and thoroughness. Unlike so many of the new doctors out there, he actually listens, spends time, and examines his patients. He has dedicated himself to the practice of medicine and it shows. Although he is an older physician, he keeps up with the latest advances in the literature. I feel fortunate that I have such a competent and caring physician for my family and me.

No follow-up care. Does not integrate health info from other specialists that I have seen. Does not treat patient as a whole. - merely treats symptoms as they arrise

I like Dr Iser because he does not rush you in and out....if you wait....it is only because he treats all of his patients with courtesy and patience....I feel that he is very knowledgible and will not hesitate to send you to another Dr if he thinks you need to see a professional in a particular field....

Dr Iser has been my PCP for about 30 yrs. I remember when you could see him immediately without an appointment. He is an excellent, excellent doctor, and an even finer human being. His patients are very imortant to him. True, there is a wait in his waiting room (not as bad as it used to be) but he is well worth the wait. He gives all of his patients as much time as they need and he talks with them and listens to them. He is an excellent diagnostician. I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff.

He is great for refferals but does not know how or care to coordinate the information. The waits are outrageous and plan on an entire day for an afternoon appointment. His nurse treats you like gold if she knows you and like dirt if she doesnt. overall the office is what is wrong with the system we currently have here. They are not a team and I am not sure how anyone could think they are.

Should be cited for insurance fraud. Used to be a great doctor but not anymore. Treated me drunk (he was). Wait is too long, once had a 3:00 apointment turn into a 10:00 one.
