Great Doctor and Great Staff

I was seen as a new patient and was treated wonderfully. My diagnosis was serious and the staff along with the Doctor were very attentive. The Office Manager went out of her way to get the referrals I needed quickly and was given help on medication as I am in the "donut hole". I had read this Doctor's previous review, but feel, that there are people who you can never please. I would highly recommend this office to anyone I know! The Doctor is attentive and very knowledgeable and helped me get better. The staff were kind and compassionate even when the phones were ringing off the wall. When I left, it was as if I had known them all my life. Great Doctor....Great Staff!

I ALWAYS FEEL AT EASE WHEN AM THERE. OFFICE STAFF ARE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. UP TO DATE ON ALL MEDICAL ISSUES. GOOD BED SIDE MANNER. WILL ALWAYS SPEND EXTRA TIME WITH HIS PATIENTS IF NEED BE. HAVE AT TIMES WHEN NEEDED WITH A FOLLOW UP VISIT OR CALL.

Unprofessional staff

Alicia irately speaks with unprofessional demeanor to patient/and family. Abrupt and Condescending tone with deliberate rudeness with raised voice and does not allow the person to make known the reason for call as simply is for an appointment. Pam (ofc Mgr-she states)will not accept any complaint regarding Alicia and implies the person making the complaint as lying and then attempts to twist words of the complainer and make underhanded remarks- putting words in the mouth of the complainer that was never said. Pam makes threats to complaintant when told to her it will escalate in a report to proper Department. Pam threatens to make story of the report as a "physical threat"(reporting to proper agency is not a physical threat) in her tactic to bully the complaintant. Is this the kind of staff doctors want when they have the audacity to imply false allegations against a complaintant in a tactic to try to stop the complaint/report from reaching Doctor or Local Medical Authority? How can any medical professional overlook this type of unprofessional behavior not to mention blatently deceitful actions of staff just to cover their unprofessional conduct? As my discussion with both staff members were witnessed by a coworker in my own office, she too, was apalled by their behavior and couldn't believe what she heard in the conversations. It gives us both a lack of confidence in the office staff in general. Afterall, the office manager was just as unprofessional and deceitful,if not worse.
