Dr. Mary Hoertz Henkel, MD

She is great for the sniffles but will abandon you in a heartbeat if you have any serious issues. I am highly suspect of her capibilities as a physician and have become accutely aware of her complete lack of professionalism. She is a disgrace to medicine. My father had a stroke and after having seen her for a decade, she couldn't stay in the room for more than two minutes. Didn't even order a blood panel and pretty much said he needed to find another doctor. I have never held her in high esteem perhaps she feels guilty seeing that he explained symptoms to her for months before the stroke

Dr. Mary Henkel has been compassionate and caring every time I have seen her. She has given me all the time I needed and always asked if there was anything else I was concerned about. She is an excellent doctor.

She does not spend time with her patients. If there is one thing wrong with you she is ok. More than one issue she will miss it. I have waited over an hour numerous times. The practice in general is poorly run records are hit and miss a 6 week graduate from a program to be a medical assistant consistently make errors and she signs off on the errors.
