Easy to make an appointment, very friendly staff, compassionate physician who explains everything thoroughly inclusive of follow-up! Highly recommend this practitioner for any and all dermatological concerns!

First time going to Intergrated and I felt like Dr.Luchetti rushed through the entire appointment. She interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to explain anything regarding my issue and it was super frustrating. Very expensive appointment to only last about 10 minutes. She also said she would send the prescriptions to my pharmacy and my pharmacy only had one so I had to get ahold of intergrated to send the other prescription since the forgot. Just seemed totally off. No one in waiting room and they were able to get me an appointment right away. Don’t know if that’s quite a good thing or not but either way I won’t be returning back.

I found Dr. Luchetti to be abrupt and dismissive. She spent about five minutes with me. Barely looking at me as she walked in the exam room and speaking with her back to me. She pronounced my skin condition, tossed out a couple of suggestions for medications. Then, much to my surprise regaled me with how she flew to meet with her eye doctor in another state every year. She gave me no information about my condition, just handed me a pamphlet because, you know why waste her valuable time when I can just read a pamphlet. When my insurance required an authorization to fill my prescription I left a request at her office that she provide that authorization for the medication she prescribed. I was told she would let me know. Weeks later and no contact from her I finally figured out what medication my insurance would pay for, went to her office and begged them to have her send in the prescription. Apparently she did but I never heard from her.

poor dermatology skills and weak bedside manners

I went to this doctor and I was scared. I have acne for 7 years. I had gone to many places to have it fixed but it was very in affect and some of the visit made it worse. I told her of my previous issues and that i had not seen some one in 5 years. I told her I tired of the acne and just want something that works. Ask me some question to get a better understand and then she gave me product that would give me result. My face has cleared up so much and just keeps getting better. She got me the result I wanted and continues to make sure everything is going okay. She has a little longer time in the waiting room but she is defiantly worth the wait.
